Workshop Innovations in Private Sector
The main objective of the project Critical Infrastructure Protection supported by the Operational programme Enterprise and Innovations for Competitiveness is the creation of the international innovation consortia applying for H2020 projects. Compared to the similar countries the Czech Republic still lags behind in the number of applications while the gap is even wider when it comes to enterprise-driven projects. TPEB, as its main mission, intends to stimulate innovation project cooperation between the companies and research institutions responding to the national strategic priorities. It is also in this context that TPEB views a need to raise interest in strategic innovation projects among the SMEs.
Often, it is a successful case that can best attract attention of the potential followers. Therefore, TPEB has decided to organise a workshop and invite the Head of Innovation of the UK company EXUS, which has successfully developed its innovation capacities on the EU-funded projects while establishing the innovation branch in Athens. The goal of the workshop will be to introduce the projects supported from the EU Framework Programmes and H2020 and more importantly share experience with the application process and project management.
